From setting its stepping stone back in 2000 by four friends, CS Rajender Kapoor, CS Vijay Sahni, CA Rajeev Khandelwal, and CS Sangeeta Sahni with just 7 members, the company is now home to more than 500 members.
Mr. Rajender Kapoor has over 32 years of experience in Marketing, Operations and Legal. He had vast experience of Financial/Legal Consultancy and Merchant Banking Activities before venturing and founding Webtel. He is the founder Director of Webtel. His farsightedness and management skills has made Webtel, India’s Leading Enterprise and Compliance Solutions Company.
He has a key role in strategizing company’s growth. His business development acumen coupled with customer centric approach and team building skills has helped Webtel on a consistent growth path in all these years.
He has experience in business planning and is engaged in guiding and mentoring Webtel’s team of Sales & Marketing, Solution Delivery and Support.
Mr. Vijay Sahni has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Taxation. He had vast experience of managing different businesses before venturing into the IT sector. He is the founder Director of Webtel. His keenness, passion and problem-solving skills gave him the driving force to bring a change in the world of compliances. It is because of his vision, Webtel became India’s first company to launch its TDS Solution (Withholding Tax solution) in 2003. He is heading Webtel’s product team. His innovative thinking has given more than 20 products to Webtel in last 2 decades.
He has expertise in Identifying the problem areas and product/solution ideation as per the industry requirements. He is engaged in guiding and mentoring Webtel’s team of Chartered Accountants and IT professionals for Product Architecture, Domain understanding and Product Development.
Mr. Rajeev Khandelwal has over 34 years of experience in Accounts, Taxation and Finance. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), he has vast experience of serving different corporates in leadership role before becoming part of Webtel’s Management Team. A deep thinker, avid reader, writer, he published many books and articles on Taxation and Finance and is a regular speaker on various forums of ICAI, ICSI and Chamber of Commerce. He is the knowledge bank of Webtel.
He has a key role to play in product development journey. Compliance solutions demand accuracy and fast response as per the government's mandate. He has the expertise to achieve and deliver the same for best customer experience.
He is engaged in guiding and mentoring company’s team of domain experts and testers for delivering the finest solutions to the industry
Ms. Sangeeta Sahni has over 2 decades of experience in operations.
She is engaged in multiple operations for the smooth functioning of company’s business. She takes care of Debtor Management, Process Management and Administrative activities of the company.
She brings with her the expertise in fostering a good working culture in the organization.
